Jewel Empire's lifetime warranty covers any defects in artistry and or materials. This warranty lasts for the entire lifetime of the original owner presented with the product. 

 

Any defect in the artistry or materials that are present at the time of original delivery will be repaired or, at Jewel Empire's discretion, the product will be replaced at no charge if repairs are not an option.

 

The warranty does not apply to any repairs required as a result of excessive wear and tear. Or if the item is lost or stolen.

 

The owner voids the warranty if:

• Any work is performed on the product by a 3rd party or anyone other than Jewel Empire. 

• Damage or faults that are caused by an accident, inappropriate use or negligence

• Use of the ring not following the following general recommendations.

 

General Recommendations

To ensure your keepsake will stand the test of time, please follow the instructions listed below:

• Wash in a mild detergent in lukewarm water and rinse. Dry with a soft, clean cloth.

• Do not use any kind of brush, sharp instrument or rough cloth for cleaning. 

• Avoid contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin pH that can dramatically accelerate tarnishing of the jewellery.

• Be sure to remove your jewellery before coming into contact with harmful agents.

• To safeguard against damage and personal injury, do not wear your jewellery: while bathing, swimming, or sleeping; or during sporting activities. 

 

Storing jewellery

• Jewellery should always be stored away from natural sunlight and heat, in a lined jewellery box

• Do not store your jewellery in bathrooms as this will accelerate the tarnishing of your jewellery 

• The Jewel Empire ring boxes are not made for long-term storage as they are not airtight
